After my friend, who is to remain anonymous for matters of staying alive, got a tattoo over the weekend, my desire to get more grew quite a bit. So, the night of the tattoo getting i set my status on the infamous gossip train, FB, as:

interesting responses everyone. i dont think anyone's ever said so much about my status... first of all i'm not saying any of the following out of disrespect, its my opinion and i'm not going to hide it. so, i already have one and i am still beautiful and feminine and definitely don't regret it. second, i'm not so sure how people who want tattoos are insecure? third, yes khyla i want one on my foot next : )

are you kidding me? ask god what he thinks? oye ve... i am pretty sure that if god thought wrong of this, then the tons and tons of the christians that have tattoos would by now have felt a strange aggravation with the spirit during the whole process and from what i have been witnessing all over is a very alive faith that is starting to emerge and rock this generation.

god is our conscience and in my life he speaks VERY loudly when i do something that is not of his will. so since there is silence on the matter of tattooing i figure god doesn't have anything to say against it. that is what i believe so according to some of the people in the chat about my status i am unfeminine, ugly, displeasing to god and insecure... good to know. don't get me wrong, i understand that accepting tattoos is a new thing so i give the older people's comments a little bit of leeway and understanding but not much. to bring in god to the situation in such a strong 'holier than thou' manner, that crossed the line. owell, lines are always meant to be crossed. i still want tattoos so this whole conversation just went full circle.
