choices:

i am choosing to love.
what does love look like in your life?
he is love and calls us to love.
god has given us each a specific love language.
we are not generic or factory made.
we are completely unique.
ασυνήθιστος
(asynithistos)=
extraordinary, singular, unaccustomed, uncommon, unique.
god has been reminding me of that a lot lately.
on the plane ride home from my layover in utah to long beach, i was CAPTIVATED by the scenery.
the vast planes of mountainous desert lightly dusted with snow.
snow that looked like one of those fan corals
or like the capillaries inside of lungs.
it stretched out like fingers intertwining with the mountains.
mountains that were completely barren from the season of winter.
bleak and desolate.
yet
still
so
beautiful.
from there my brain spiraled around the idea of
god's breath
and
the authority it brings.
he is breathing life into us.
life that is pure white.
white as snow, even.
it felt like god was reminding me that my time on earth is not in vain.
that i am in long beach for 8 more months with great intent.
that i am going to portland for 2 years with great intent.
what's that intent you say?
kingdom work.
every day we are given is a day to live for this kingdom we have been offered and have chosen.
god is breathing a new breath of air into this generation. into me. into you.
we will rise up and bring god's love to earth as it is in heaven.
'is' is a present tense.
god's love IS in heaven.
god's love IS in earth.
you are unique.
i am unique.
we are loved.
selah.
